Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at mohamedsbussiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items returned after 30 days
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
